Infertility from A to Z

Yes, I admit that I stole this from another blog.  I am certainly not clever enough to come up with it myself.  If you think it's corny, don't read it, and if you find it interesting, enjoy!

A – Age at Which you Started Trying To Conceive: 25
B – Baby Dancing or Sex: how about both?
C – Children Wanted: 2, although that's subject to change!
D – Dogs/Cats/Fill In Babies: 2 dogs, no cats, 4 nieces, and 8 nephews!
E – Essential Oils/Vitamins: Prenatal vitamin
F – Fertility Meds I’ve Taken: Baby aspirin, prenatal vitamin, Bravelle, Menopur, Clomid, Lupron, Prometrium, Estradiol, Progesterone in Oil, Ovidrel (I think that's it, kinda hard to keep track) Oh, and do Valium and Vicodin count?
G – Gain, What I have Gained from Infertility: coping with the fact that I have no control, God's plan is better than ours, allowing others to help me rather than thinking I can handle it all myself, I'm even more determined than I thought I was, and the list could go on...
H – HSG test: Nope
I – Infertile Pet Peeve: When people tell me about how they or their friend had trouble getting pregnant, and then all of a sudden it just magically happened!  That's great for you, but that helps me how??
J – Job Title: Auto Underwriter
K – Kids Names you are Afraid will be Taken: I'm afraid to say - I might jinx us...
L – Lengh of Time Trying to Conceive: 2 1/2 years
M – Miscarriages: 0, but 1 chemical pregnancy
N – Number of Times you have Swiched Reproductive Endocrinologists: 0 (love Dr. Jarrett!!)
O – Ovarian Quality: Pretty good!!  The nurses said they were over-achievers during our first fresh IVF cycle!
P – Pee-On-A-Stick or Wait for Aunt Flo: couldn't tell ya the last time I bought a pregnancy test.  Seems kinda pointless when you don't expect to get pregnant.
Q – Quote from an Obnoxious Fertile: "Oh, you're going to do in-vitro!  How exciting!"  Yeah, if you think shots, hormones, extreme pain, and emotional hell are fun!  Also, "We're going to start trying at this time so that we have a baby at this time.  I don't think we have anything to worry about; we're pretty fertile."  Really, why would you say this to me when you know what I'm going through?
S – Sperm: Low count, at times a funky morphology.  Thank goodness for IVF w/ ICSI!
T – Time you Tried Naturally: 1 year
U – Uterus Quality: Lookin' good
V – Vagina: No complaints there
W – What Baby Stuff do you Already Have: A Red Sox onesie and a cute, striped sock monkey, sitting on a shelf waiting to be used...
X – Xtra, Xtra, Hear all about it! How many people know about your TTC Journey: Practically everyone.
Y – Yearly Exam: Haven't had one since the infertility stuff.  I figure they're in my business more now than ever before!
Z – Zits: Um, not as much this cycle, but definitely during the last IVF cycle.
